Side Fire Hookah Bowl – Limited Warranty

Warranty Period:
60 days from the original purchase date.
 
Coverage:
Side Fire warrants that the Side Fire Hookah Bowl is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the borosilicate glass body and stainless-steel components.
 
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, drops, overheating, thermal shock, improper cleaning, unauthorized modifications, use with non-approved accessories, cosmetic wear.
 
Claim Requirements:
All claims must include proof of purchase, photos or video of the defect, and a brief description of how the product was used at the time the issue occurred.
 
Remedy:
If a valid claim is approved, Side Fire will, at its discretion,  replace the defective part or product with an equivalent model. No cash refunds are provided under this warranty. Replacement shipping is covered within the U.S.
 
Void Conditions:
Warranty is void if the product has been altered, used improperly, or damaged due to negligence or failure to follow instructions.
 
Limitation of Liability:
Side Fire is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including property damage, loss of use, or personal injury. Liability is limited solely to repair or replacement of the product.
