Side Fire Hookah Bowl – Limited Warranty

Warranty Period:
60 days from the original purchase date.
 
Coverage:
Side Fire warrants that the Side Fire Hookah Bowl is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the borosilicate glass body and stainless-steel components.
 
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, drops, overheating, thermal shock, improper cleaning, unauthorized modifications, use with non-approved accessories, cosmetic wear.
 
Claim Requirements:
All claims must include proof of purchase, photos or video of the defect, and a brief description of how the product was used at the time the issue occurred.
 
Remedy:
If a valid claim is approved, Side Fire will, at its discretion,  replace the defective part or product with an equivalent model. No cash refunds are provided under this warranty. Replacement shipping is covered within the U.S.
 
Void Conditions:
Warranty is void if the product has been altered, used improperly, or damaged due to negligence or failure to follow instructions.
 
Limitation of Liability:
Side Fire is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including property damage, loss of use, or personal injury. Liability is limited solely to repair or replacement of the product.

21 & Over Age Verification:

For US orders from New York, Arizona, and Washington DC we may request government-issued identification to verify that customers are 21 years of age or older. This request is based on shipping address. We will accept a copy via text message, email, or verify through a FaceTime or other video call. Upon order you will receive an email from sidefirebowl@gmail.com to facilitate verification. Please note photo ID verification is not required for international orders or states other than New York, Arizona, and Washington DC.
 

Any identification provided:

• Is used solely for age verification

• Is reviewed only as necessary to complete verification

• Is not stored longer than necessary and is deleted after verification is completed

• Is not shared with third parties except as required by law
   

Customers may hide sensitive information (such as ID numbers, home address, height, weight, etc) as long as name, date of birth, and photo are visible. For example, using an iPhone we suggest the photo mark-up function to block out sensitive information that is not required.

We do not sell tobacco or nicotine products. Our products are intended for use by adults 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be reasonably verified.
